About the Rent to Own option program

We will rent you one of our homes at a fair market rate for 2 to 3 years with the option to buy any time after the first 24 months. The rent will be monitored for accurate payment. The tenant will be responsible to pay for anything that is broken during the rental period. the Management company will do all Maintenace work to ensure all work done on the house is properly maintained.

The Buyer will enter into a lease option purchase contract to purchase the house at a set value with a 10% increase to the time of purchase or best market value at the time of activation of purchase. Lease Optionee will make a deposit of $5,000 to $15,000 depending on the price of the house, length of option and credit score.

A deposit on the 1st month rent must be paid at the time of approval and 1st month at the time of moving. Optionees are responsible for their own Utilities. All lawn service will be done by management company at no cost to the Optionee.

2. 1 Year tax return

3. 580 credit score 

4. Bank statement with option deposit
